COFCO Futures(International) Limited will follow a rigorous privacy program to process personal data. However, in the course of business operations, we may disclose the relevant information to:
l Intermediaries, contractors, and administrative, telecommunications, computers, and contributions that provide services to third parties
l Anyone who has a duty of confidentiality to our company
l Government, regulatory agency or other body or agency as required by laws, regulations or other regulations of any member company of COFCO Futures(International) Limited
l Any actual or proposed assignee, participant or affiliated participant of the Division, or the assignee of the Company's interest in the customer.
Personal data retention period
COFCO Futures(International) Limited retains the Client's personal data for the period required for the purposes described in this clause, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law. Otherwise the customer profile will be destroyed when it is not needed.
Personal data security
All personal data provided to COFCO Futures(International) Limited will be fully protected and will only be accessible to authorized employees. To transmit customer-sensitive personal data, we will use encryption technology to protect it.
Personal data review, update
COFCO Futures(International) Limited will continue to conduct internal monitoring to ensure that customers' privacy is respected and guaranteed. According to the provisions of the Privacy Regulations, COFCO Futures(International) Limited. has the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing any request for access to information.
